The Einstein Research Unit „Perspectives of a quantum digital transformation: Near-term quantum computational devices and quantum processors“ sets out to understand the precise computational power of near-term quantum devices and to devise building blocks for quantum processors.
The Berlin University Alliance – born out of Berlin’s contribution to the excellence initiative – offers a vibrant research environment bringing together key expertise in theoretical physics, applied mathematics, computer science, machine learning, and experimental quantum optics.
